📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with national and international standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the HSE team, including training and development.
• Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address HSE issues and ensure effective resolution.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and manage waste disposal and recycling programs.
• Facilitate emergency response planning and drills to ensure preparedness for any incidents.
• Promote a strong safety culture within the organization through communication and engagement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., SHEA, NEBOSH, or equivalent).
• Proficient in using HSE management software such as SAP EHS, QHSE, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
• Familiarity with logistics operations and industry-specific HSE challenges.
