📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Install and configure new MEP systems according to design specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions and breakdowns.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure system compliance and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of MEP systems.
• Document all maintenance activities and system performance.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MEP Technician or equivalent.
• Proven experience in maintaining and repairing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Certification in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems (preferred but not required).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
