📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide immediate and effective emergency care to patients, including triage, assessment, and treatment.
- Monitor and manage patients' vital signs and conditions, ensuring continuous care and monitoring.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician.
- Collaborate with the emergency department team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between healthcare providers.
- Document all patient encounters and care provided, maintaining accurate and comprehensive medical records.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the management of emergency department operations, including patient flow and resource allocation.
- Promote a safe and compassionate environment for both patients and staff, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ER Nurse in a busy hospital setting.
- Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indonesia.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner.
- Proficient in using emergency department software and medical equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
