📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance on wellness equipment, including yoga mats, pool filters, sauna heaters, and treatment room machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all facilities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new wellness equipment.
• Collaborate with the wellness team to implement new features and upgrades.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Provide technical support to guests and staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong technical skills with experience in maintaining wellness equipment such as pool pumps, sauna heaters, and treatment room machinery.
• Familiarity with wellness industry standards and best practices.
• Knowledge of relevant safety protocols and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
