As an Early Childhood Educator at Curious Campers, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. You will work closely with a team of passionate educators to create a dynamic learning experience that inspires young learners to ask questions, make discoveries, and develop a lifelong love for learning.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans that align with early childhood development standards.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that fosters curiosity and creativity.
• Collaborate with a team of educators to develop and deliver engaging programs and activities.
• Assess and monitor children’s progress, providing feedback and support to help them reach their full potential.
• Maintain accurate records of children’s development and achievements using our in-house management system.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
• Promote positive relationships with parents and guardians, communicating their child’s progress and development.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in our care, adhering to all relevant health, safety, and security protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.
• Certification in early childhood education, such as CPR/First Aid, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators.
• Passion for inspiring young minds and fostering a love for learning.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
