Based in Jakarta Utara, you'll be at the heart of our innovation hub, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring groundbreaking food solutions to market.

As our NPD Project Lead, you'll drive the entire product development lifecycle, leveraging your expertise in food science and project management. You'll work with our R&D team to identify market trends and consumer needs, then translate these insights into viable product concepts. Using industry-standard tools like JMP and Minitab, you'll analyze data to make informed decisions, ensuring our products meet the highest quality and safety standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the end-to-end development of new food products, from concept to commercialization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and production, to ensure successful product launches.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for NPD initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
• Analyze data using tools like JMP and Minitab to make informed decisions.
• Present product concepts and development progress to stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop the skills of junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in NPD, product development, or a related role in the food manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching new food products.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools like JMP and Minitab.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
