• Build and maintain relationships with artists, labels, and music publishers to ensure a steady supply of high-quality music for our clients.
• Manage and track music usage rights, ensuring compliance with copyright laws and industry standards.
• Coordinate with production teams to identify music needs and facilitate the licensing process.
• Research and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for music licensing.
• Prepare and submit licensing agreements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to ensure our operations remain compliant and efficient.
• Provide support and guidance to junior team members on music licensing and permissions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Music Business, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in music licensing, preferably in the media industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in using music licensing software such as MusicBed, SoundBetter, or similar platforms.
