📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain various types of vehicles, including trucks and forklifts, to ensure safe and efficient transportation of goods.
• Load and unload materials at the factory and distribution centers, following strict safety and efficiency guidelines.
• Monitor vehicle performance and report any issues to the maintenance team for timely repairs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with the logistics and manufacturing teams to support overall operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and other operational metrics.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in vehicle operation and safety.
• Assist in the implementation of quality control measures to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Kernel Driver or similar role in logistics and manufacturing.
• Valid driver's license for the types of vehicles you will operate.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a team and follow strict safety protocols.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with the use of logistics and fleet management software.
• Willingness to undergo regular training and development opportunities.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks.
