- Prepare and maintain accurate cost records and reports using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Analyze cost data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual cost reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze cost-related information.
- Provide financial support to the procurement and inventory management teams.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cost accounting.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cost accounting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards is a plus.
