📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook sushi rice according to specific recipes and standards.,Assemble sushi rolls using fresh fish, vegetables, and other ingredients.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Follow food handling and storage procedures to ensure food quality.,Work efficiently and accurately to meet production targets.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.,Participate in inventory management and cost control activities.,Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Sushi Cook or similar role.,Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and ingredients.,Familiarity with Japanese cuisine and sushi culture.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.,Good communication and customer service skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.,Fluency in English or Indonesian is a plus.
