📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that the store is maintained to a high standard.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Collaborate with the regional management team to ensure that all stores are aligned with company goals and strategies.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes to ensure compliance with company standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail laws and regulations is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
