PT Wana Duta is looking for a Senior Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the supply chain.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order fulfillment.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Coordinate with internal teams to meet procurement needs and deadlines.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on procurement activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and procedures.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with supply chain management principles and best practices.
