Develop and implement mine development plans in accordance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of mine development activities, including drilling, blasting, and excavation.,Monitor and report on the progress of mine development projects, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.,Ensure that all mine development activities are carried out in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.,Collaborate with other departments, such as geology, engineering, and safety, to ensure the successful completion of mine development projects.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members, as well as external contractors and consultants.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mine development.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in mine development, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.,Strong knowledge of mining regulations, safety standards, and environmental management practices.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid mining certification and experience with mining software and equipment.,Experience in sustainable and responsible mining practices is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
