Develop and implement strategies to optimize trade facilitation processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.Lead and mentor junior staff in global trade facilitation, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards, and provide guidance to teams on best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for trade innovation and implement solutions.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in global trade.Represent UST Global at industry events, conferences, and forums to build relationships and stay abreast of industry developments.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to trade facilitation processes.Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in global trade facilitation, and drive their adoption within the organization.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in global trade facilitation, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, standards, and best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Experience with trade facilitation software and tools is a plus.Familiarity with the logistics and supply chain industry is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
