📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage data and digital initiatives to support the Centre's mission and strategic goals.,Oversee the development and implementation of data strategies, policies, and standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of data and digital systems, identifying areas for improvement.,Provide leadership and guidance to the Data & Digital Office team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.,Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data management and digital transformation.,Represent the Data & Digital Office at internal and external meetings and events.,Ensure compliance with all relevant data protection and privacy regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, digital transformation, or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing data and digital projects.,Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.,Proficiency in relevant data management and digital transformation tools and technologies.,Experience working in a healthcare or related industry is a plus.,Fluency in English is required.
