📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing a team of drivers to ensure efficient and safe delivery operations.
  • Planning and coordinating delivery routes to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitoring and maintaining vehicle condition and fuel efficiency.
  • Providing training and support to junior drivers to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Reporting to management on daily operations, including delivery status, customer feedback, and any issues encountered.
  • Resolving customer complaints and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of operational strategies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a team effectively.
  • Excellent knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions in Deli Serdang.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with logistics software and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
