📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and write job descriptions to attract the best candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.,Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and compliance requirements.,Provide feedback and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Understanding of local labor laws and employment regulations.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
