As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will be responsible for greeting guests, answering calls, and providing information about our company and services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greeting and assisting guests and visitors
  • Answering and directing phone calls and emails
  • Providing information about the company and services
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensuring the security and safety of the office
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with basic office software and tools
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
