As a Mobile Retail Merchandiser at Prime Service Alliance Manpower Services, you'll be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal and organization of retail spaces. You'll work closely with store managers and sales teams to ensure our products are presented in the best possible way, driving customer interest and increasing sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform regular store audits to ensure compliance with display standards and promotional plans.
- Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Assist in the development and implementation of merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to achieve retail objectives.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform merchandising decisions.
- Provide regular reports on store performance and merchandising activities.
- Ensure all retail spaces are clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on best practices in retail merchandising.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail merchandising or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving product visibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with retail software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
