📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including but not limited to massages, facials, body wraps, and hydrotherapy.
• Consult with guests to understand their specific needs and preferences, providing personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, ensuring all equipment and products are in good working order.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in spa therapy, incorporating new methods into our treatment menu.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to ensure high standards of service.
• Collaborate with the resort’s management team to develop and implement new wellness initiatives.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and pampered.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of spa operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist or in a related field.
• Proficiency in a variety of spa treatments, including but not limited to Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, facials, and body wraps.
• Knowledge of Balinese massage techniques and other traditional wellness practices.
• Certification in a recognized spa therapy program, such as the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse guests.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with using spa equipment such as massage tables, hydrotherapy beds, and other wellness tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
