Gold Hub Pratama is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team in Tangerang. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.,Implement and maintain efficient inventory control systems and procedures.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics principles.,Proven ability to manage and supervise warehouse staff effectively.,Experience with warehouse management software and systems.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
