📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software.

Provide technical support to employees and ensure that all IT issues are resolved promptly.

Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.

Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.

Conduct regular IT audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Train and mentor junior IT staff.

Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and best practices.

Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.

Strong technical skills in hardware and software troubleshooting.

Knowledge of network security and data backup systems.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
