📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify requirements.,Write clear, concise, and accurate technical content, including user manuals, API documentation, and release notes.,Ensure technical documentation is up-to-date and aligned with product updates and changes.,Review and edit technical content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and readability.,Work closely with the marketing and support teams to ensure technical documentation meets customer needs.,Participate in technical writing best practices and stay updated with industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software industry.,Strong understanding of software development processes and concepts.,Excellent written communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
