📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance schedules and driver assignments.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to ensure optimal efficiency.,Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles to meet delivery schedules.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure safe and timely deliveries.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and inspections.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommend improvements.,Handle any fleet-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Proficient in using fleet management software and tools.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
