Prime Village Nusantara is looking for a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our vehicle fleet, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they follow safety protocols and company policies.,Oversee the logistics of vehicle assignments, ensuring optimal use of resources and compliance with regulations.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Handle vehicle insurance, registration, and other administrative tasks.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations with overall business goals.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide training and support to new drivers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English being an added advantage.
