📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and manage a team of 5-10 employees.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback and guidance.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the software industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
