📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their purchases, answering questions and providing recommendations.,Manage inventory levels, including restocking and organizing products.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized shopping area.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Work with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Participate in training and development programs to improve skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
