📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Create and maintain training materials and resources,Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices,Collaborate with other team members to ensure training goals are met,Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure training effectiveness,Provide guidance and support to employees as needed,Attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in instruction or training,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture,Certification in training and development (preferred),Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry (preferred)
