PT Mega Hasta is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Gresik, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Provide leadership and guidance to the logistics team to achieve operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and industry best practices.,Ability to travel as needed for business purposes.
