ZAP Berjaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Captain to join our team in Kendari. As a Captain, you will be responsible for leading our crew in providing top-notch services to our customers. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and on the field, ensuring a balanced work-life.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the crew to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.,Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.,Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective operations.,Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure the safety and well-being of the crew and customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the service industry.,Proven track record of leading and managing a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with basic computer systems and software.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
