PT Maritim Ekspresi is seeking a dedicated Assistant Learning Development to join our team in Mempawah. This role is crucial in supporting our learning and development initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of learning and development programs.,Support the training and development of employees through various activities and initiatives.,Coordinate with the Learning and Development team to ensure smooth execution of training programs.,Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials and resources.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development Manager.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.,Support the Learning and Development team in any other tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with learning management systems and training software.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
