📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all aspects of regional operations, including sales, marketing, and business development.,Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.,Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives and support staff to achieve targets and exceed expectations.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market share and revenue.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or business development role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
